Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 14-day exchange policy if you’ve chosen the wrong size. If the product is too loose and slips, it means you need a smaller size. Here’s how it works:

• Contact us here so we can help you : info@800m.ca

• You cover the return shipping cost.

• We’ll cover the shipping for the new size.

• Only one size exchange per order is allowed.

• The product must be in very good condition (undamaged).

If you receive a defective product, 800m will replace it at no additional cost.
